Question: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APOs?

Answer: Yes, PharmRoids ships to PO Boxes and APO addresses. To ensure your order delivery, please indicate the shipping info in the comment line of each order.

Q: How do you ship?

A: Our way of shipping the products is universal and secure.

  • We are not writing the company name and other contents related to the pharmacy on the package slips.

  • We regularly change the way of packing for a secure delivery.

  • The packages are small in order to avoid unwelcome questions. If the order is big then, it will be divided into two or more packages (all for one shipping fee).

  • We may use original boxes twice for packing if they match with the order this is for environmental reasons. This is made only with the Balkan Pharmaceutical products.

  • Our deposits are located in the European Union and all the packages are shipped from the European Union.


Q: Do you ensure your packing, what about customs, what happens if the package is retained?

A: We concern a lot about our safety system delivery. We pack the orders as secure as possible. If a package is seized by customs, please send us the sequester letter from customs or FDA so we could reship the order at no charge to you. The client should scan the sequester letter and send it at [email protected]. We can send you one more order only once.  We do not reship to these locations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Africa, APO/FPO, countries from South America, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Israel, Chile, Dubai.

Important note: We don't guarantee 100% of delivery for the products that are shipped from a non-EU country to Europe countries. If the package is seized or lost, we don't make any reships or refunds.

Q: What about shipping fee?

A: For most of the orders, the delivery fee is $25 USD. For orders that need to be shipped from 2 different deposit, the shipping fee is $40 USD.

Q: Is the delivery secured?

A: We try to pack the order very safe, with maximum discretion. We do not pack the products in their own boxes, to avoid shipment volume. You will not see the company’s name on the package and we send the orders from different places from Europe. In such a way, we try to provide a safe and discreet delivery.

Q: Do I have to sign for shipping?

A: We are sending the orders through a registered mail. From secure reasons, when the package is delivered you have to sign, so please do not use fake names. We will not reship the order if you use a fake name.

Q: How much time does it take for ordering and shipping?

A: At the moment you place an order, we sent you an instruction, how to do the payment. After we receive the payment, we pack the order in 2-7 business days.

The period for shipping and delivery is 2-4 weeks for International orders(USA, Asia) and 1-2 weeks from Europe. Sometimes the orders may have a delay of 1-3 weeks for customs reasons, during the holiday period or due to bad weather conditions.

If the order did not arrive in the time-limit (more than 4-5 weeks), please inform us about this. We will appreciate your patience and understanding.

Q: When will I receive my package receipt?

A: Login to your account and click on the "My Orders” link on the right side of the website. For more information, you can write a ticket for our customer team support.

Q: What is a Semi-Shipped order?

A: Semi-shipped means that the order is in the process of shipping. One part of the order has been already shipped the other is in the process to be shipped within 1-5 days business days.


Q: Can the packages be trackable?

A: From security reason, we cannot show the tracking number of the package. You may write a ticket for our customer team support for more information.

Q: What do I do if I do not receive the order?

A: We take care a lot of our security system and the packing of the products is as discreet as possible, that is why the success rate of arrival and customs trespassing is about 99%. In the case, a package is seized and you prove this to us we will reship it. If tracking says you got it and you say no, we do not reship.
